Activities you are or have been involved in (clubs, activities, athletics, etc.):
I am the President of Active Minds, a member of Peer Health Educators, HerCampus Writer, Residential Life, Second Step Imagine Program, Lasell Says Thank You, She’s The First-Lasell, Alternative Spring Break, Shoulder-to-Shoulder Ecuador, and Running Club.

Any internship you may have done or are looking to do?
I would love to work with the Boston Ballet in their costume shop!

Why did you choose Lasell?
I stepped onto campus and immediately felt at home. In the first ten minutes on campus I could not only see myself attending Lasell, but thriving and taking advantage of every opportunity it had to offer.

What is your favorite Connected Learning project/experience so far?
Being able to travel to Ecuador for a week after spending a semester diving into their culture and learning about their environmental issues. Not only did it open my eyes to a new experience, it brought together two very different communities that were able to create positive progress for the school we worked with while there.

What is your favorite Lasell event or tradition?
The Torch Light Parade. There is no greater honor than having an upperclassman you look up to and admire pass down their legacy to you.

Favorite class you have taken at Lasell and why?
Pattern Generation because I learned to make evening wear for the first time and created my own piece from start to finish.

What do you like to do off campus or in Boston?
There’s nothing better than wandering around the Boston Common and discovering all the hidden street art and artists. You never know what you’ll see when you turn a corner.

Give an interesting story or great memory from Lasell that you would be willing to share with your peers or a tour.
For the first time in my life, I have been able to completely be myself. I found people who were able to help me grow and challenge me to see the world from a new angle. Because I came here, I was able to find the determination to do absolutely anything I set my mind to. The people here are family. And we stick together. Once a Laser, always a Laser.
